Cough from 1 March 2024

Last Friday cough started. 

Birthday lunch for Aunt Francesca at Empire Hotpot Dim Sum Restaurant.

Cough a bit.  At aircon, the air irritate the throat. 

5 March go JB. Cough 

Took medication since Friday. Cough syrup Cofen 100 n Tussinex affected my voice, turn coarse by Wednesday

7 March go Polyclinic, noon, get new medication, anti biotics and strong lozenges.  

Vommit phlegm. Morning took phlegm medication.

8 March improved slightly but still itchy throat cause cough.

Activities still on, sat dementia mindfulness, Mon jb,  Tues ukelele, Fri ttsh eye appt.

 Cough more at night n up toilet.

Felt slight panting, heavy head took Panadol, mucus eyes, itchy throat.

Dry throat. No sore throat.

Need to clear phlegm.

Drink, toilet , medication, sleep..
