YM Mental Status

20 Jul 25 sent him Whatsapp never read. Wait at sgoon mrt control station. He wait at bus interchange.

Took him quite a while, half an hour to reach. 10.30 am become 11 am.

Blk 410 AMK after lunch. Shop around. Bought fruits, go Balu$ told him wait there 12.15 pm. Went toilet. Buy vegy. Back , no sight of him. Walked so many rounds, called him. Unable to tell where. Take photo n send to me. No reply. Told him to come durian stall, he ignored. 

12.55 pm did final round value$ shop n fruits stall. Cannot find. Walk to food centre , saw him enjoying ice kachang, sitting there. He said he cannot find me??? 

Lost direction n skills in navigation.

Real sick. 1305 hrs took my trolley, tell him to go back on his own

 Find your way back!!!!

I walked to bus stop took 261 to amk bus interchange.

Guess he out did not on Data.

No clue at all! Lost alertness.

Fail to understand simple instructions. 

Helplessness.  

I want to know how he get home. By cab or bus ???

1330 pm SMS him to on data.

Since 5 July he did not on Data. 

1340 I left AMK by 1340 hrs. 1305 he enjoyed ice kachang.  See when he reached home with existing state of mind. Don't know, can ask???
