Dreamt that debtors came to chase $$$.   Many of them. Then Jarrod drinking heavily ,crying , n distraught stage, hold a bottle, and walked in ???? One by one came in.  He owed them monies??? Someone came to pull him away, is that James? I lost situation of the first part. Can't remember how it happened!  The other day, I dreamt I went out of hotel and could not find my way back. Kept turning round, still could not go back!!!!

Cholesterol medications: SIMVASTATIN,  ATORSTATIN, LORSTATIN. I am staking 20 mg ATORSTATIN from lower dosage SIMVASTATION.  Need to reduce bad cholesterol to below 2.6 mmol.  Cholesterol now 3.07 mmol, still high. Doctor wanted to increased dosage of ATORSTATIN to 40 mg. I rejected and to review in 4 months. Target 1.8 - 2.6.  SUGAR LEVEL need to reduce to below 7. Now 7.9%, has been 8.2 in average. To watch diet and exercise. Lose weight will loose HbA1c as per doctor.  Bilirubin at 27 (max 21 umol/L) is still same, cannot do anything, from body system. No medication. On high side. Bilirubin, Direct (NHGD) 11 (-5 umol/L) umol/L Need to do exercises and diet on less fat to reduce cholesterol.  Found in Spleen, 2.7 x 1.9 cm left renal cyst.  Confirmed fatty liver.  Told Doctor to include eye mo, plaster, eye care wipes $5.59. Told Pharmacist to less 4 weeks medicine, exclude eye mo and plaster. Took the eye care wipes - 1 box. 

Heavy rain.Took bus to 124. Alightat Poly, took lift. Could not find block. Walk round end up 126. Asked but directed wrong block. Late, already started.  Lots of stretching. After Class, requested trainer Sam to on video brief as missed front part.  A fair, round face lady was meddling the laptop , pressed something and a display blocked screen. I told her to remove it. Answered me nothing was done. I told her to look a screen. Then she removed it and said the video is too loud. She went office to get it done. After video ended, I went to the laptop, intend to close screen. I heard her shouting, not to touch, not suppose to walk to that area, ......  An eye for n eye? Rude! Not in uniform. Staff? Volunteer? I felt so uncomfortable after the incident , moody, felt unjustified. Upset of whole drama. Mismanagement at centre ? Rules not defined? Something is wrong. 6/10/24 I was tasked from front to back rows   on centre left.  I got 4 bags from lead. I placed it near last seats.  Ready to collect, I started doing counting from up to down pulpit. As I was doing, Vera started to talk to me as I halfway counting. I told her to wait. When I come up to submit the number, she said she is ic for back row. Told her I was tasked. She changed her face, get angry, tell me off, to do it since I want to do. Initially she said I can do the counting, collection she will do. I do not want to argue and agreed. I went to take back my ushering bags and return to lead. Why such a plunder? Duplicate task!!! Drama begins of this mistake. 8/9/24 Tasked for front rows. As I walked up, a bag was passed to me when. My hands were full. Lead came to take bag from me while I walking up  Upon submission, Someone asked Irene where is her bag. I was pointed the one who collected. "Why never tell me?" Drama began....

Went JB KSL with Sharon and YM.  As usual YM will speak on his own at meals we had. We ate at a kopitiam outside KSL.   God, I never be happy when I am out with him as he speaks on his own, in his own world, scream, loud, rude, chatting and making funny noises.  Today, after lunch, he did not follow us to Lotus Supermarket. He wanted to go back. I told him the way but he speak on his own, never listen. He lost directions completely. Previously he was a good navigator,  Now, he lost all his skills. How he come back? I saw his records at Life360, he cleared at Woodlands custom, took 960 to Woodlands instead of going Kranji. 2.42 to 3.17 pm at Woodlands crossing.  He Reached Singapore 4.30 pm - 6.15 pm, showed at Lor 25A Geylang. 6.30 pm he must have taken a bus to North Bridge Road. Went 1st time for band exercise 9-10 am. No bf and medicine. Thank God I am ok during exercise, not giddy or weak. Participants are elderly, mostly ladies. Some on wheelchairs, some sat on chair. They did not follow steps, just move their hands and legs, doing 30%.   Those with maids? Maids looking at their mobile , enjoying themselves or chatting, did not help them in the exercise. Not of help at all. One old lady sat there, sleeping. One lady came to me. She is from 124 rummihub group. She pointed to an old man in wheelchair and told me that the man asked her whether he can touch her breast. I looked at her, she is flat!! Is she telling the truth or the man is not of sound mind. I looked at him, he is participating in the exercise, for some steps only, in his own ways.  Bands provided by Charis Centre to them for those who do not have it. Xin yi is the trainer.
